Sweden declared neutrality during WWII, not Norway. Norway was not an ally of Nazi Germany during WWII. Norway was attacked and conquered by Nazi Germany in 1940. Quisling was Adolf Hitler’s puppet from 1942 to 1945. After the war ended he was tried, convicted and executed. Quisling was a traitor to Norway.
Perhaps some people (e.g. Norwegians) or European countries (such as Norway) would feel more favorable toward Israel (and Israelis) if the Israelis stopped building settlements in Palestinian territory. But I have noticed that as soon as one says that, one is immediately labeled anti-semitic.
