The likes of Dershowitz? What is he guilty of? Defending Israel with brains and passion? Shouldn’t a university be open to dissenting views like his? Or does one earn disdain and opprobrium if one opposes the anti-Israel groupthink on campus? You dismiss him like he’s a know-nothing lowlife. Perhaps you’re simply AFRAID of the ideas he would put forward, and how persuasively he would make his case. Therefore, he must be silenced!

There’s no such thing as a “Middle East mentality”. The mentality of Jews in Israel is rather different than the mentality of Arab Muslim zealots who blow themselves up.
But you’re kidding yourself if you think the West bears no resemblence to the Middle East, the birthplace of the Bible which still profoundly influences millions of Westerners.
