The 1972 Republican convention was held in Miami. During the month of the convention, the whole state of Florida was absolutely FLOODED with Quaaludes, a quarter each. The chicks REALLY liked ‘ludes and would get very friendly with one down the gullet. Who wanted to riot when better forms of entertainment were at hand?
