No offense, but you sound like a gazelle demanding the lion stop eating its young. You have made no new suggestions, nor any incentives for an elected official to follow them, but every incentive to promise to do so with the sole intention of letting you down.
More regulation. Really. Those you wish to regulate will be hiring the regulators. Such an endeavor will only succeed in making the problem bigger.
It would be more effective to simply ignore this government and start a grass roots set of institutions at the local level, such as civil courts and banks, that operate outside of this behemoth with their own currency that is untaxable by the current totalitarian monstrosity.
I’m sure I’m the only person in the country that would consider that an option, but there you go.
