Sorry, but your ideas are not goals. “Reducing taxes”? How about a goal, like “Combined Federal taxes shall not exceed 15% of income”, with specific definitions of ‘income’ as well?
Reduce the size of government? How about “The total number of persons employed directly or indirectly by the federal government, or any federally charted corporation (to cover the post office), or any agency of the government shall not exceed 0.33% of the last decienial census, except in time of declared war, when the Department of Defense may exceed this limit”.
Without hard numbers, goals are just talking points and the pols know how to lie about them.
