McCain’s campaign is doing precisely what you’ve suggested – responding point-by-point, with substance. The Reed allegation had no substance whatsoever, and it has backfired. Obama’s Ayers / Annenberg connection, however, demonstrates clearly that he is not fit to run for public office, let alone POTUS. But of course one must take the time to make one’s self aware of the facts.
