Bread & Butter

There may be an argument about the bread, but the butter, the writer is dead right. I haven’t been to France, but I had real butter once in Mexico. Just a great taste. Real butter does not seem to be available anywhere in the U.S. It used to be worse. Back in the day, at least in the Midwest, restaurants used to put ice in a dish with the butter. It kept the butter from melting in unairconditioned rooms, but it sure made the butter watery in short order.
