If 5.5/1000 was Iraq’s prewar death rate, the
- shiite and kurd 400,000 bodies we found in mass graves
- and the 5,000/mo infant mortality rate presented by UNICEF being and used by France and Germany to justify ending the sanctions in Iraq
must have been wrong.
This report is obviously flawed in a very political way.
