RE: Idiot Anarchists

Isn’t it fascinating that people who enjoy their freedom of expression, use it to squash that same freedom when exercised by other people. Anarchists aren’t really anarchists. They’re totalitarians who have yet to install their own form of mis-government.

RE: Pee Shooters & Poopy Bombers

I can’t speak to the City and County of Denver’s City Ordinances, but where I live there are already laws against improper disposal of human waste products.

However, I recall that during the last General Election cycle, the vast majority of Dimocrats up there didn’t seem to mind it so much when someone used human feces to vandalize a Republican candidate’s campaign.

Talk’n about REAL hypocrites there in the land of the Dimocrats.

RE: The Two Party’s Conventions; Compare & Contrast

And speaking of hypocrisy….

If anyone wants to get a ‘clue’ about the way the two major political parties address freedom of expression, watching the way their host cities deal with protesters would be a great indicator.

I recall that during the 2004 election, the DNC set up ‘freedom of speech’ zones where if you wanted to protest something, you had to be in that literal cage well away from the convention site. Like some sort of freakish animal.

Meanwhile I seem to recall that the RNC convention that year let people say what they wanted, where they wanted to say it, as long as they were not in violation of regular city ordinances about disturbing the peace, obstructing traffic, vandalism, et., etc., etc.

Let’s see that happens this year.

As I understand it, the DNC is going the same route they went in 2004; caging these ‘obnoxious’ people who want to express their opinions in the public venue….
