Ah, yes, a man of great ideas. Be careful Bert. As I recall, Mark Twain commented that the Congress was the largest class of legal crooks in the nation…and he failed to point-out that most of them are lawyers. Sooooo, let’s start at the top and term limit lawyers to, say, 10 years of practice and then they all turn into car mechanics.
