It seems like a pretty straightforward idea on paper. I wonder how well it would work when you are not your own boss. What I mean is that many of us are forced to work on whatever our superior decides is the most important at the moment. I think in order for this to work it needs to be implemented from the top down in an organization, and only as a helpful tool rather than a forced practice.
