Hi again, all!
“Lawfare” is a pretty new word but the phenomenon is getting chronic.
If you can stand it, read up on it, because it is very depressing stuff. We have to be on guard against it. Unfortunately, those fighting back, like Ezra Levant, Mark Steyn as well as American writers, are being smeared and bankrupted. Levant, for instance, owes his lawyers $100,000 and has lots more SLAPP suits etc to fight.
