The reason that Nevada legalized prostitution in rural counties was to get it out of Reno and Las Vegas. Both cities enforce the ban and it is difficult to work as an independent. Prostitution in Nevada is small change and attracts women from all over. The Nevada example doesn’t scale up to the national level. If European style prostitution laws come to the US the demand will outstrip supply and create the same kind of incentives for trafficking that are found on the continent
