Abraham Lincoln was a member of the us house of reps and other than that was a lawyer, before he became our 16th president, he became on of our best presidents, so for all you people arguing obama has no experience remember here is a guy who 4 years ago was a member of the illinois state senate, who then makes what some would call the single biggest political upset by beating the media favored candidate clinton by outsmarting her, and running one of the best campaigns (this bodes well for his executive ability ) in political history while at the same time exciting many more americans of all races and ages to get involved and bringing back a lot more hope to the us about the future after the past 7 years under pres. bush
