Having just returned from a month in the Middle East (Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Syria), we were curious what local people thought about Obama and his religious affiliation.
Universally, everyone said that “if your father is Muslim, you are Muslim”. They all believe that Obama is a Muslim. Of course, Obama can believe he is a Christian, but the 1+ billion Muslims will apply the Holy Quran as the standard to decide whether some one is a Muslim or not. They believe him to be MUSLIM. And if you are a Muslim that converts to anything else, you are an APOSTATE.
By the way, most couldn’t understand why anyone in the U.S. would even consider voting for anyone who lacks any relevant experience and is perceived to be WEAK. They preferred Hillary or McCain to Obama.
