He may have registered in the Selective Service, but if he was adopted by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro with his original birth certifcate sealed by the state of Hawaii and his name changed by his stepfather to Barry Soetoro with a new birth certificate issue carrying his new name, then what is he doing using his original name when there is no record of him ever legally changing his name back? Wouldn’t registering under a false name be a federal crime?
