Civilization was built by men to specifications
provided by, and insisted upon, by women.
The current crisis is caused by children, of both
genders, who never grew up.
The primary problem of sustaining a civilization
is finding a way to maintain a majority of mature
adults; The classic solution is a catastrophic
decline in the population of tall children.
