“If there was ever a time to remember and to reflect upon this footnote in history it is TODAY.” Thank you for your comment. Our country and the world is in turmoil. Countries are falling and in our streets there is protesting. I knew of The White Rose and vowed to remember those young people. Somehow down through the years I forgot to remember. Everyone should read this story and watch the movie about Sophie. In our our midst we all have Patriotic young people. They are your children and grandchildren. When these Patriotic young people decide to fight for their country will they be met with a guillotine.
