So? What’s the point of that Maudlin? If he is doing it with his own dime, as crappy as that is, its his dime to use. But since we have an obviously biased government entity (appointed, not elected) that uses taxpayer money to go after someone, that is a whole different story. If you want to spend your money sueing others, have fun. But why should taxpayer money be used for it? If he was violating a real law, then its goes to the courts. These HRC are not the law or the courts, but somehow they have this power and get funding from the taxpayers for it. That’s a no go at this station, as we say where I work. Ezra may be a horse’s rear-end (I don’t know if he is or not), but that doesn’t change the fact that these HRCs are crap and shouldn’t be allowed to do what they are currently doing. Whether you like him or not, he is right on this one.
