Um, Mom, why is an institution like this raising your kid at age (1 + 3 years of history there = 4) since age ONE! The kid is on the wrong track starting out from being issued crappy parents. If you can’t raise your ONE year old, please, adoption is still an option. Then you can go back to your materialistic over purchasing crack habits.
