I don’t know Ruben well enough, but nowhere in this article does he say that only illegal immigrants from Mexico should be given amnesty, and nowhere does he say that illegal immigrants should be given amnesty because probably most are Mexican. If Ken Hahn says that Ruben believes those things because he is Mexican, than the racist would be Ken Hahn.
