This discussion reminds me of an old joke:
Q: How can you tell that a politician is lying?
A: His mouth is moving.
The only candidate that I saw telling the truth this cycle was Fred Thompson, and see how well that worked out for him. When it comes to presidential campaigns, honesty doesn’t pay.
Don’t rely on what candidates say they will do, examine what they’ve done.
