A forgetful speech, delivered by a pathetic and impotent president. There is nothing he hasn’t said before with regards to his policy ‘change’.
The ‘hard’ work, since last Nov’s election (i.e., messaging) to imitate Reagan, extra study Obama had to endure and hardship of his reduced partying, just shows how pathetic this man-child is.
