Uh, no. More ad hominems = Not effective.
1. Prior to someone ELSE posting the link to Maine’s amended law, I had never even HEARD the term “visual sexual aggression.”
2. I did not MAKE, nor have anything to do with Maine’s law. I believe your issue with it lies with The York Police Department who on finding that they were facing an abundance of complaints from parents about men staring at kids entering and leaving the public beach bathrooms – to which their hands were tied in doing anything about, requested help in enforcing. Evidentally, in THAT town there was enough of a problem to have need of such a law. And i suppose the same goes for the UK.
Don’t blame me if you don’t like it. Do I agree with the law in cases where the problem is great? Yes. And just so the general public is not left unaware and finds themselves in trouble, beaches should have LARGE signs alerting people.
