Having worked at 5 different Wal-Marts in two states during my 9 years with the company I scratch my head a lot wondering why all the critizism for this great company. All Sam Walton wanted was to improve the standard of living for Americans. I am an assistant manager working for a store manager who is a female. Most of the dept. managers are female. I had a kidney transplant 13 years ago and my benefits and insurance pay for practically everything as far a scripts and dr. visits. My cost is $20.00 co pay for a visit and $36.00 deduct from my pay each payday. One prescription costs me $47.00 Without Wal-Mart insurance it would be about $500.00. Unions just want dues. Wow! with all the Associates at Wal-Mart, that would be a windfall for the Food and Commercial Workers Union. No wonder they love/hate us so much.
