Why is it that ddc doesn’t think there is any ‘moderation’ at PJM?
I see that my comments are ALWAYS ‘delayed’ or ‘moderated’. So why is it ddc’s comments aren’t obviously ‘moderated’? Is she (1) blind, (2) stupid or (3) is there a moderation going on here that applies to me and not to her?
