I never, ever understood the appeal of Abba. I’m convinced that Australia lost its manhood because its citizens became huge Abba fans. Abba is Swedish, Swedes are — as a group — now nothing but degenerate “Eloi” waiting for the ground to open up and devour them. How they managed to milk this crap sufficiently to come up with a musical, and then a MOVIE of said musical is astonishing.
I came to the realization that Europeans are the true purveyors of bad taste these days, and even with all the garbage we produce, we come in a distant second.
