There is nothing so scary as liberal bureaucrats who insist that society should be statistically balanced. Remember the Clinton administration that actually involuntarily relocated black people to Vidor, Texas because that town had no black people living there?
“Voluntary compliance” to remedy “possible” racial/ethnic descrimination is scary, too. George Orwell sure called it right 60 years ago.
