The organization cited in this report is a known seperatist organization who is willing to do and/or say anything to achieve it’s goals.

Now there is no doubt that the minority of Arabs in the south of Iran are mis-treated just like the entire Iranian population who live in a prison of 70 million people. This however does not justify PM to legitimize these seperatist organizations.
