A few weeks ago I emailed a comment on the malignant influence Mr. Herbert Mathews of the New York Times had on the history of Cuba since 1958. His portrayal of Fidel Castro as an heroic freedom fighter was the starting point for almost 50 years of continued disinformation by the American press of the terrible Cuban reality. Fidel Castro was and continues to be a cruel tyrant and his brother Raul has the same despotic traits. I do hope that when Cuba finally becomes a free and democratic country all those Dan Rathers, Matt Lauers, Katie Courics, Barbara Walters, etc. will feel in their hearts the guilt for having collaborated with the most criminal and sanguinary dictatorship ever in the Western Hemisphere. Cuba will be free in spite of people like the above mentioned “journalists”.
