To your comment that the Tea Party Reps are now “honoured guests” on establishment media venues. The very same media hosts / “comedians” that outdid themselves in ever escalating maleficent and malicious lies / libels and slanders again and again against those very representatives. Is all then forgiven by those who were vilified.
WHY would any SELF RESPECTING American give a toss what these establishment media personnel/stars think or do? How damaged in self-respect do people have to be to agree to make nice, to kow-tow publicly to their declared enemies. Especially when the Tea Party with its support from “ordinary” Americans is gaining ground.
As long as establishment Media have ANY influence on the public discourse were it not more strategic to ignore them. Or comment in those New Media outsiders and pioneers, with the truths of America,her history and national behavior’s to counter the lies and slanders. Better to allow the established media “stars” to continue their superior sneering without the vulgar, stupid, racist, sexist, bullying Americans as guest or audience and bankrollers / advertisers for their lies. Is appearing on “major” TV really so important in today’s world with so many other public forums?
The establishment media HAVE HAD THEIR DAY in the sun. They have done enough damage. Interested in CHANGE as they are, it’s long overdue time for them to hang up their boots and ride into the sunset..
