You think the EPA would be satisfied with killing 104,000,000 innocent Africans(mostly women and children)by banning DDT http://www.junkscience.com/malaria_clock.html . That’s as many as their heroes Stalin and Mao combined. But no amount of misery is enough for the petty bureaucrat.
