The Number One action of the new congress should be directed at shooting down this White House’s self-asserted strategy of end-running all efforts to forestall its “great accomplishments” of the past two years.

All “Agencies” such as the EPA, established and operating outside Congressional athority, and all “Czars”, hired by the White House, given directive authority over major segments of the national economy and answerable only to the President, should immediately be challenged and either brought answerable to the Congress elected by the people or, in the case of the Czars. promptly fired, and legislation passed to prevent any recurrence of such outright usurpation by the Executive Office, a blatant violation of Constitutional authority.
