There’s something even more pernicious lurking in a distortion of a law meant to deal with air pollution on a national or local level: The US physically doesn’t have the ability to control CO2 levels. You could totally obliterate the entire United States of America down to every last Eskimo village in Alaska, and the concentration of CO2 still won’t drop to 350 ppm.
This is a suicide pact. If it isn’t stopped, this is going to make all of the wars in human history look like a picnic.
