This is a blatant power grab by Obama to avoid Congress and rule by Executive Order. Not only should Congress be outraged by this, it should also be illegal. The American public did not elect a dictator and the Constitution goes to great pains to avoid having a president usurp power from either Congress or the Supreme Court. I’m also surprised Congress would allow its own powers be taken away from it. Obama’s use of “czars” is another way to bypass Congress as well. If the new Congress is smart, they will attack this blatant power grab and stop Obama from taking even more power away from it.
