Most people fail to see – or don’twant to see – that Islam itself is the problem. As to what must be done, your Hour of the Knife allusion is appropriate. I will take it further. A simple announcement to the islamic world: “Threaten our civilization, and yours is forfeit.” Back it up with nuclear dawn over Islamic capitols one by one until the threat is removed and Allah is worshipped only in hell.
