I believe has the only viable answer. The Palestinians feel they have hit bottom and have nothing to lose but everything to gain. They feel Israel will not have the heart to finish them so its just a matter of time before the tables turn and they defeat the Israelis.
The only answer is to prove that Israel can and will take all driving them from the border regions at first in responce to every attack take more land consolidate the borders push on after every attack at some point the Paleo’s will either realize its better to live in piece with what they have at that moment or lose everything in continued war.
When you are trappped by a crazed killer bent on killing you or dying you really have no other option but to give him what he wants.
