Special aircraft require special facilities in hundreds of unseen ways. They cost millions of dollars and are created just for the benefit of one aircraft.
I don’t see too many airports getting excited when this aircraft represents a philosophy (bigger is better) that was rejected by commercial aircraft builders decades ago.
