I’m shocked! shocked! that a country that has staggered from Czarism to Communism to EUro-Putinism doesn’t have real laws; that its arrests, imprisonments, and executions are the arbitrary and capricious will of the executive. My condolences to its victims. Sometime in the 22nd century your name will appear on a wall of remembrance, similar to the the one the EU has built to remember the victims of communism.
