By the way, UN peacekeepers are not part of UNICEF, they are national forces contracted by the UN to serve as peacekeepers.
You don’t expect that “UN peacekeepers” should have any values and that using their tenure in Africa to exploit the local teenage girls should be OK ?
However, an argument can be made that outright exploitation is preferable to insidious “UNICEF” sponsored mind conditioning of 3-year old children.
