Everybody I read in these comments who are pooh-poohing the missile threat make the same mistake, either from illiteracy (didn’t read teh article) or disingeneousness (for what purpose, you decide).
Look, it’s not the scuds, it’s not the big nuclear warheads, it’s not the big anything. It’s that your country just became Afghanistan, with stingers available behind any bush to take out airplanes. seen the security half a mile out from your local airport? could a jihadi with a stinger take down the 3:10 to Pittsburgh from there? you betcha!
The jihadi are here, now the stingers are just south of us, in enemy hands. sleep well.
