You and people like you are why this country is in big trouble. Apparently nothing happens unless it affects you directly in your personal life.
Just to clarify – it’s not Venezuela that would declare war on the USA it’s the people selling those missiles who have ALREADY done so. Iran merely wants Chavez to make a loud noise to distract the USA while it meddles with nukes in the mideast.

So start thinking about the real world.
