North Korea, Venezuela, and Iran, three of the most destabilizing nations on the planet need to be put on notice that if there is an attack on the US or an ally that involves missiles, weapons of mass destruction, or shoulder fired anti aircraft technology we will apply a “strict liability” standard to such conduct and immediately attack all three nations with the express purpose of decapitating the rulers and inflicting as much punishment as possible on any enableing supporters. We should explicitly reserve the right to employ any weapon in the US arsenal to achieve the end of these undesirable regimes. Their proxies, such as Hezbullah and Syria should be put on notice that they will be targeted as well. There will be no consultation with the UN or investigation of who actually attacked, they will all be deemed to be the aggressors and will be attacked with the express purpose of decapitation and to inflict the maximum possible damage on any agent that offers support or refuge.

That should give them something to think about very carefully. We have been playing the game with one hand tied behind our back for way, way too long.
