Aside from the like/dislike issue, there is the security circus that follows every President. Who needs that on their wedding day? In Jan 2008 when George W visited Jerusalem, the city was gridlocked and no one could go about their business. Imagine what the same security would do to London. The Obamas will get a much better view on their TV too:-)
