There’s a 3rd view as well. That he’s a front man, and egomaniacal actor, doing the bidding of others. That view may not explain everything about him, but it is almost certainly at least partially true. Someone without any notable accomplisments in his life aside from being carried on a silk pillow from one role to another doesn’t suddenly transform into a fully formed consequential figure. It would be like your 17 year-old suddenly becoming president. Others have had to direct him.
Unfortunately his roots are steeped in radical leftism, and the people controlling him are enemies of this country.
It’s a miracle we are still standing after 2 years of this crew.
