Obama left – to go to a party and photo-op. He likes those; just as he likes golf, basketball, cheering campaign crowds and holidays. What’s common about all these situations – apart from the cheers? None of them require thought. All of them set him up as ‘special’ and in the limelight.
Obama is a shallow, ill-read, and ignorant individual. He has no interest in or ability to develop – policies and programs. He delegates everything. Everything. He’s a community organizer, where he exhorts his minions to ‘go out and activate’. But he doesn’t develop the policy.
Obama acted as a Community Organizer today, exhorting his minion, Bill Clinton, to ‘go out and activate’ the hoi polloi, who are misbehaving, to do as they are told. Obama doesn’t feel threatened by Clinton, because Obama is the one going to the photo-op and the White House party as The President. Bill Clinton is left to explain dull policies to the nerdy press reporters who ask dull questions rather than just accepting what The Boss Obama says.
What Obama is interested in, is ‘feeling in power’. Over people. So, he likes campaigns where he can pontificate his ambiguous and abstract rhetoric, contradicting his promises audience by audience. He likes parties and photo-ops where he is introduced as The President.
So – he told Clinton to go out and deal with the boring press and the boring policies. He, the Boss, had already told the Congress what to do..
This does NOT, NOT, NOT mean that Obama is moving, ideologically, to the centre, as some are claiming. Obama has no ideology. He has only one focus; his own feeling of power to control and shine over others. Period.
The facts are, that the GOP won the House – because, Obama feels, the ignorance of the electorate and the bad campaigns of the Democrats – The GOP now control the House. Obama, the man-who-must-feel-in-control, can’t isolate himself in the White House, and allow the GOP to control the agenda! That would set him up as isolate, powerless….He, Obama, has to be seen to CONTROL THE GOP! And the policies they come up with!
The GOP are in power, and Obama aligns himself with them…and thus feels that HE is in control of them. That HE is in charge. The fact that the GOP now develop the policies is, to Obama, similar to the situation before where the Democrats developed the policies. Again, Obama doesn’t develop policies; he just ‘sells’ them. He’s not interested in policies or programs.
Before, Obama aligned himself with George Soros – whose billions got him elected and who got Obama to put through a statist infrastructure, the health care act, which is not about health but about big government statism. And, he aligned himself with Pelosi and Reid, who controlled the House…these two wanted money for their payoffs and states. That was the stimulus act.
Obama himself didn’t develop these policies. He just, golden boy, pushed them through. Obama is bored with issues; he can’t analyze, can’t think through a situation and come up with a policy or program.
Now, the GOP control the House. So, Obama aligns himself with them.
Again- Obama is NOT an idealogue; he hasn’t a policy thought in his brain. His biases, indoctrinated in him since childhood by the Women who Dominate him, his mother, grandmother and wife – of anti-white, anti-capitalism, anti-wealth, anti-American…are deeply embedded and affect his perspective. But they are not policies. He leaves the development of policies to others, and he simply goes with the people in power.
It sounds strange, but that’s how I see him.
