It is quite peurile, as stated by others here, to expect Pres. Bush to renege on his word, to use the Olympics to engage in silly inflamatory drama politics, and then expect that it would do anything other than create unnecessary animosity with the world’s largest and fastest growing nation. Get a grip folks and row up. He will do far, far more for the oppressed people in China by going and saying one or two quiet words in private to Chinese leaders than a million empty gestures and accompanying cacaphony of indignation.
