It is similar but not entirely.
That testimony was a key facet in the defendants claiming that they were only following orders, that they were only tools acting by the force of another.
In this case, she might be giving up her “freedom” by looking to her new god for direction to found her decisions. But I don’t think she is saying she is a hapless puppet.
