Barely twenty years after the complete collapse of the Soviet Union, the Russians are back to pissing in our soup in every region of the world. How did State and CIA allow this to happen? Not only did State and CIA fail to predict the collapse, they did nothing to stop the former head of KGB from seizing control in the aftermath.
