Slap, thanks for your posts and insight. My book only deals with Army policies, not minorities. I may not have made that clear in these posts, but it is clear in the book. Matter of fact, my book has been out and it’s getting positive reactions from all races, but mostly from black Soldiers. Slap, thanks for your insight.
